Kai Owen, born 4th September 1975 in Llanrwst, Conwy, North Wales, is best known for his portrayal of Rhys Williams in Torchwood, however you might also recognise him from Pobol y Cwm and Casualty.

Owen has also completed two London marathons in aid of the CLIC Sargent cancer charity.
